Research and Development | Executive Associates

Positions: 2
Time Commitment: 3 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Assist VP and Program Director with variety of tasks such as confirming speakers and developing the Conference content
• Help manage email accounts and keep Dropbox folder organized
• Attend bi-weekly departmental meetings
• Attend monthly all member meetings
• Must be proficient with basic usage of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel etc.)
• Ideal candidates should be organized, punctual and have good computer and communication skills

Marketing Committee| INDePth Student Reps

Positions: 3-5
Time Commitment: 2-4 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Promote the conference and pre-events by contacting student groups on campus and community organization off campus
• Become INDePth spokesperson on campus! Representing INDePth to conduct class talks
• Attend Marketing Committee meeting and help organizing marketing events

We are looking for passionate and creative U of T undergraduates from all departments to join our team, no prior experience in marketing is required. Upon becoming our student reps, you will be representing your college/program of studies for INDePth (ex, INDePth Engineering Rep, INDePth Woodsworth College Rep.)

Logistics Committee

Positions: 4-6
Time commitment: 2-4 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Assist VP in administrative tasks such as booking venues, volunteering for fundraising events, etc
• Will be in charge of registration, booking, and setting up venues and preparing logistical materials for the conference (i.e. name tags for delegates)
• Research and suggest ideas that will help make the conference run smoothly and without problems (i.e. a way for registration to run smoothly)
• Communicate with local businesses to create a partnership
